The EnP Company

True to the mission of enriching performing artists, Edge 'n Pointe has set up a dance company for pre-professional and professional artists who want to immerse and explore more into the world of dance.

The Edge 'n Pointe Dance Company is composed of a group of dancers who have exemplified passion and commitment to dance, and who have achieved a certain level of standard in their technique and artistry. These dancers get free dance training from EnP and are provided free performing opportunities to hone their craft. They also get to work with different choreographers and are given the chance to train with visiting and guest dance teachers.

The EnP Dance Company has been making a name for itself, beginning with bagging the Group of the Year Award in the Aberdeen International Youth Festival Staff Awards in Scotland, besting youth art groups from over 17 countries. Multi-awarded in local and international competitions, EnP Company has received gold awards and best performance awards in ballet, contemporary and jazz.

The company has also visited the Philippines thrice. First at the International Dance Gala at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Manila, at the C-Map International Choreographers Festival in Bacolod City, and at BalikBP@50 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.

The EnP company was also the featured dance company at Opera Hong Kong's Turandot and Carmen. EnP had a chance to share the stage with Opera HK and the HK Philharmonic Orchestra, at the Grand Theatre of the HK Cultural Centre.

Locally, the company has been performing at different venues and performing arts events. Known for its high standard performances, the company is always being invited to grace the stages at varied arts events.
