Adult Ballet / Ladies’ Ballet

Was becoming a ballerina one of your childhood dreams?  It is never too late to learn the basics of ballet.  This class is designed for adults who want to take ballet as their form of exercise.  Not only do you get to move your body, you will be able to do so with elegant grace and aplomb.


Intermediate / Advance Ballet

Designed for trained dancers, this class is open for those who seek extra training classes, for those who are just coming out from their dancing hiatus, or for dancers of other genres who want to master the art of ballet. You are all invited to conquer the dance floor.  Fall in love again with ballet.  After all, everything is always beautiful at the ballet.

Cardio Latin Dance Pump

Did you ever want to learn the cha cha cha, merengue, bachata, and paso doble?  Do you want to know more about samba, tango, rumba, jive, salsa and the mambo?  Now is the time to do so!  Get ready to burn the dance floor with our Cardio Latin Dance Pump Class.  Oh, and don’t forget, you’ll also burn extra calories as you learn the basics of latin dances,  as the class is designed to have a great amount of cardio work as well.  You’ll definitely look good on the dance floor in your next party!



Still enchanted with old movies like Singin’ in the Rain and Swing Time?  Do you want to be transported back to the classic world of Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and Gene Kelley?  How about experiencing this with a flair of today’s times?  Tap your way through and lose yourself in the beat.



Did  the latest Contemporary routine in So You Think You Can Dance enthrall you?  Or do you want to try a form of dance that serves as the melting pot of all forms?  Originally formed by influences from ballet, jazz, and modern styles, this form of dance has now evolved into a very diverse, interesting, and less constrained way moving.  Learn to abandon all your worries and dance your heart out in our Contemporary classes.
